Employee Training

On-The-Job Training (OJT)
You Hire - You Train - We Pay!

On-the-job training is a program of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) that makes funds available to help businesses hire and train screened applicants. OJT directly reimburses employers up to 50 percent of a trainee’s gross wages for the duration of the training period. It is an “earn as you learn” training program that’s planned, organized and conducted by you at your workplace.
